"Jugaad" is a pecular Indian resorce that the world raves about-
our creativity that managers to overcome or work around any constraints!
Jugaad is not a negative trait to be used to invent short to success through
corrupt or illegal means. Jugaad is a very a very promising quality, haieled
by management experts as one the reasons for India`s rapid economic growth.
Jugaad has found its way to Wikipedia, where it is described as "an improvised
arrangemnt or workaround, which has to be used because of lac of resources,
"India has invented several several l0w cast implements that inspire
managemet gurus across the world, such as the $800 elecrocardiogram,
the $24 water filter, the $2,500 car, etc. The Android tablet computer
produced by India, Aakash, is yet another example of Indian jugaad that the
world is raving about!
While West uses expensive R&D and instruments to innovate, creative and
immaginative innovation in India happens at the grassroots level. Anil
Ambani once said Relaince succeeded through innovation, not invention...
No wonder then, in a recent survey, 81 percent of Indian business named
jugaad as the key reason for their success.

Govt. of India unveils "twin" of its Lokpal bill which aims to tackle graft in lower bureaucracy. It is citizens right to grievance redress bill. The details are as under
1. 500000 officials to be designated to address citizens` grievance on non delivery
of services
2. 3 tier appellate authorities a dept level, state commission and central commission
3. Every ministry and department to act within 15 days of complaint
4. Citizens` charter will name services and time of delivery, to be updated annually
5. Appellate authority probin graft against public servant will forward it to
appropriate agencies.
This bill would empower aggrieved person to approach the redress mechanism for non
delivery of services.
